E-Jini Multitrade's Customer Product Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of E-Jini Multitrade products.

E-Jini Multitrade stands behind the quality of its products and guarantees your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the products, you may return it within 15 days of purchase (after receiving) for a refund as per the terms of the Returns Policy.
The refund policy is applicable only for products in marketable condition, accompanied with an invoice. This policy does not apply to products that have been intentionally damaged or misused. It is incumbent upon E-Jini Multitrade Direct Retailer/ Seller/Preferred Customer to follow the Customer Product Refund Policy in letter and spirit.

Reference Notes:

• The Direct Retailers/Sellers/PC must return the product(s) to E-Jini Multitrade Pick up Centers/Offices.
• Period of return for products is calculated as the number of days from the Invoice Date, to the date of receipt at the E-Jini Multitrade Office.
• Condition refers to the condition in which the stock is received back from the Direct Retailer/Seller/PC as a return. The product can be 'marketable' or 'unmarketable' depending on the condition of the returned stock as assessed by the Returns executive at the E-Jini Multitrade office.
• Points/Net Sales Volume adjustment of Products returned up products will be deducted from the returning Distributor's account.
• The Product Return Policy does not apply to open packs of literature and other sales aids.
• Total returns cannot exceed the quantity appearing on the Invoice.
• If products are returned by customers directly to E-Jini Multitrade, Points/Net Sales Volume adjustment shall be done from the Direct Retailer’s/Seller's account & any excess amount paid shall be recoverable from Direct Retailer/Seller. Customer need to update Bank account details on E-Jini Multitrade website to get the refund amount for product return.

ई-जिनी मल्टीट्रेड अपने उत्पादों की गुणवत्ता के पीछे खड़ा है और आपकी संतुष्टि की गारंटी देता है।

यदि किसी कारण से आप उत्पादों से पूरी तरह संतुष्ट नहीं हैं, तो आप इसे खरीद के 15 दिनों के भीतर वापसी नीति की शर्तों के अनुसार धनवापसी के लिए वापस कर सकते हैं।

धनवापसी नीति चालान के साथ केवल विपणन योग्य उत्पादों के लिए लागू होती है। यह नीति उन उत्पादों पर लागू नहीं होती है जिन्हें जानबूझकर क्षतिग्रस्त या दुरुपयोग किया गया है। ई-जिनी मल्टीट्रेड डायरेक्ट रिटेलर / विक्रेता / पसंदीदा ग्राहक पर अक्षर और भावना में ग्राहक उत्पाद वापसी नीति का पालन करना अनिवार्य है।

संदर्भ नोट:

• प्रत्यक्ष खुदरा विक्रेताओं/विक्रेताओं/पीसी को उत्पाद (उत्पादों) को ई-जिनी मल्टीट्रेड पिकअप केंद्रों/कार्यालयों को वापस करना होगा।
• उत्पादों के लिए वापसी की अवधि की गणना ई-जिनी मल्टीट्रेड कार्यालय में चालान तिथि से प्राप्ति की तारीख तक दिनों की संख्या के रूप में की जाती है।
• शर्त उस स्थिति को संदर्भित करती है जिसमें स्टॉक को प्रत्यक्ष खुदरा विक्रेता/विक्रेता/पीसी से वापसी के रूप में वापस प्राप्त किया जाता है। ई-जिनी मल्टीट्रेड कार्यालय में रिटर्न एक्जीक्यूटिव द्वारा मूल्यांकन किए गए रिटर्न स्टॉक की स्थिति के आधार पर उत्पाद 'विपणन योग्य' या 'विपणन योग्य' हो सकता है।
• लौटाए गए उत्पादों के पॉइंट्स/नेट सेल्स वॉल्यूम एडजस्टमेंट रिटर्निंग डिस्ट्रीब्यूटर के खाते से काट लिए जाएंगे।
• उत्पाद वापसी नीति साहित्य और अन्य बिक्री सहायता के खुले पैक पर लागू नहीं होती है।
• कुल रिटर्न चालान पर दिखाई देने वाली मात्रा से अधिक नहीं हो सकता।
• यदि उत्पाद ग्राहकों द्वारा सीधे ई-जिनी मल्टीट्रेड को लौटाए जाते हैं, तो पॉइंट्स/नेट सेल्स वॉल्यूम एडजस्टमेंट डायरेक्ट रिटेलर/सेलर के खाते से किया जाएगा और भुगतान की गई कोई भी अतिरिक्त राशि डायरेक्ट रिटेलर/सेलर से वसूली योग्य होगी। उत्पाद वापसी के लिए धनवापसी राशि प्राप्त करने के लिए ग्राहक को ई-जिनी मल्टीट्रेड वेबसाइट पर बैंक खाता विवरण अपडेट करना होगा।
